We offers different shipping options depending on the content of your order, including standard and express deliveries.

*If SF Express Pickup service is selected, customers can fill in the designated SF Express Smart Locker code in the address field at checkout. Hong Kong or Macau phone number must be provided to receive the receipt code. (List of EF Lockers)

Once an order is confirmed and sent, the delivery address cannot be changed. Ainla will not be responsible for any incorrect address on the order. If a customer fails to receive the item for personal reasons, please contact the relevant express service provider to arrange for the delivery.

Please do not use a post office box as the delivery address. Each order is only limited to one address. If you want to deliver products to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

• Shipping Fee: HK$30 for orders less than HK$500, Free Shipping for orders more than HK$500

• Shipping Fee: HK$150 for orders less than HK$1500

• Shipping Fee: HK$150 for orders less than HK$2000

• Free Shipping for orders over HK$2000

 

For international orders of HK$2,500 and above, we offer free shipping. For orders below HK$2,500.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import fees, duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees set by your home country's government. These charges are not paid to us but are collected by your local postal carrier. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Kindly check with your local customs office for further details.

Estimated Time of Arrival
Your order should normally arrive within 10 - 15 working days after order confirmation, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Hong Kong public holidays. Delays may occur due to factors such as flight delays, local customs clearance, and other unexpected or uncontrollable causes. Some countries may also have specific import controls on certain products, which may result in delayed delivery to those destinations.

Healing Cave is not responsible for any duty, import, taxes, and customs charges that may incur. Customers are responsible for all import/customs/local tax fees that may be incurred upon receipt of your package.

Delivery will be suspended when a black rainstorm or typhoon signal No.8 or higher is hoisted.

 

All orders shall be deemed completed once the order has been delivered and duly paid for.

In case of any disputes, Healing Cave reserve the right to make the final decision.
